Have you ever dreamed of having
that perfect garden?
Come to
Gardenfest! the first weekend in February. |
The Garden Club of Indian River
County can help make your dream garden or yard come true. Over
20,000 visitors attended the 7th annual Gardenfest! held under the
beautiful oak trees of Riverside Park February 2 and 3. With over 70
vendors, there was a wide variety of beautiful orchids, native
plants, unusual ferns, wonderful roses, palms, bamboo, succulents,
herbs and many other plants to enhance your garden. In addition
there were vendors that provide outdoor furniture, lighting,
pottery, fountains, and unusual outdoor art to make a garden
special.

This year's experts
provided advice on garden problems in a casual "question

ADMISSION IS FREE! Come and spend
the day! A food court was available for hungry shoppers. Visitors
were urged to "BRING YOUR WAGON" in order to get purchases back to
their vehicles. This tradition has been growing each year so more
and more of our dedicated shoppers are pulling wagons, carts and
assorted wheeled vehicles.
